- The Order Management module is a powerful on line tool that automates the order release process to vendors and provides a collaborative platform to confirm order availability and quantities prior to the shipment being tendered to a carrier. This permits the user to identify and react to order variance well ahead of a pending crisis. The Order Management module can automate the management of Purchase Orders and releases, permitting the user to search or confirm their releases with the ability to view and release multiple confirmations.
- The Transportation Management module helps manage the logistics decisions focus on the movement of actual shipments, the area of greatest potential variability in service and cost. Order Logistics provides on line collaboration tools that enable a company, its partners and providers to plan, execute, monitor and deliver shipments, across multiple sites and carriers. Order Logistics automates and simplifies the transportation execution process. All participants are integrated into a virtual, shared shipping environment. A shipper can determine a transportation movement, with the actual shipment operations taking place in different geographic locations. Information is seamlessly shared between involved parties, the shipper having access to information to enable his functions, the carrier viewing shipment details while the consignee has on line visibility of planned and inbound shipments.
- Through the Order Logistics Financial Services module, we provide a collaborative transaction auditing, processing and payment that allow you to pay invoices based on your contracted rates, eliminating the need for post audits. The Financial Services module collects hundreds of columns of available transportation data and delivers usable information to the management user.
- The BidBuilder© gives user the ability to create transportation bids and automatically generate point to point lane requests to a wide range of carriers. The user has the ability to export bid requests directly into Excel spreadsheet for submission to the carriers. The completed file is easily imported into the Rate Management module for complete and accurate management of rates and costs.
- The Query Builder module allows the user to select existing queries or and specify the layout and data that is to be included in the report, with a quick and easy method to export the results into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for additional analysis.
